History
The company was founded in 1949 in Mezzolombardo (TN) by the name of “Tessitura R. Valenti” and until 1953 worked mostly on commission.

In 1954 the name changed into “Manifattura Valenti”. At that time the development was guaranteed almost exclusively by the production of a particular type of gauze used to protect the tobacco’s plantations from bad weather.

In 1973 the weaving process was increased with the purchasing of the mill located in Trevignano (TV).

In 1976 the company’s name changed into
“Valman S.p.A”.
Three years later Valman expanded its work processes developing finishing, brushing, dyeing and printing.

In 1980 the company bought the factory in Mezzocorona (TN) destined to administration, warehouse and packaging.
